HIVE ON HUBBARD

Complete Rehab of existing 18,000 SF existing loft ware house building into new loft style office. Project scope included complete interior and exterior masonry restoration, repair and reinforcement of existing structural beams and columns, restoring exposed interior reclaimed masonry, new roofing, MEP, and a new elevator system.
