The project involved a comprehensive interior transformation and buildout of a 15,500 square foot space to establish a Spanish Immersion Daycare and Preschool for 180 children. The scope of work covered structural slab repairs, the installation of complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and the application of finishes. The entire project was successfully executed within an accelerated 16-week timeframe.
