The 8-story building will be constructed with precast panel fabrication articulated with recessed panels and a varied rhythm of windows.

The 142,191-square-foot building is located at the corner of 21st Place and Ashland Avenue. The 98 fully affordable housing units comprise of 38 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units. This transit-oriented development will provide 20 parking spaces. Additional tenant amenities include a multi-purpose room, training center, reading room, bike storage, and courtyard with a tot lot.
